The Penn Fusion Recreation League (formerly WCUSC), is a fun, competitive league for recreation level soccer players of all skill levels from West Chester, Downingtown, Exton, Glen Mills, Garnet Valley, Kennett Square, Malvern, Chadds Ford and surrounding communities.
