The culture of excellence created at Penn Fusion was a real driving force for my individual professional development. The players, staff, and management are all aligned in the high standards required to succeed. This motivated me everyday to improve and provide the optimal player development environment. I continue to strive to live by those standards along with the skills learned during my time at PFSA and apply them everyday in my current role at New York Red Bulls.
