Penn Fusion Soccer Academy team pages are managed by team parent volunteers. Team pages can be viewed as three separate areas.
· The Team Calendar
· The Team Player Profile
· Left Hand Side Links
To access the website login page for the Left Hand Side Links area, please click on the link to the left. Use the userID and password provided to you from the Penn Fusion Administrator.
To access the Team Player Profile section of the Team website please click on Team Admin Log in from the team website page. This is accessed via the email address used to create your team contact account. Click on send pin and one will be sent to your email address.
The Team Player Profile section is considered an "element" in demosphere. When you are finished editing the Team Player Profile it will not go live until it is refreshed. To refresh this "element" you need to sign out of this area and then sign into the Left Hand Side Link area. You will then click the yellow setting button on the player profile Element History (located above the team photo) and delete the current element and then click the New DII Element (light green button) then click the green plus sign next to Player Profile. Then use drop down menu under Season to get to the Penn Fusion Player Profiles and hit continue. Then choose the correct team from the Place an Individual Team Page drop down menu and save. Player Profiles are only activated for U15 and older teams. Click on the Player Profile Instructions in the left side bar to learn how to establish a player profile for a player.
Team Calendars are managed and shared through Google Calendars. Please ask the Penn Fusion Administrator to share the team calendar with you if you are responsible for updating this area. Please use the following format: PF’95G: Event Name (example: PF’95G: Bethesda Tounament, PF’96B: Training) when listing events on the calendar. Additional Details should be accessed by clicking the event name. This formating is necessary as team calendars are shared with the Academy Director.
