(June 3, 2009) Penn Fusion Soccer Academy is pleased to announce an agreement with Nike Soccer as Penn Fusion’s official apparel partner.  Nike has named Penn Fusion as one of their Nike Premier Clubs, a classification that is given to a limited number of clubs within the US.  The partnership with Nike provides a number of benefits, including national exposure and special opportunities for Penn Fusion’s members.  Penn Fusion teams will be able to participate in Nike sponsored events such as the Nike Friendlies and Manchester United Premier Cup.

(April 2, 2009) Earlier this week Dave Hatt and Sean McCafferty of Spirit United Soccer Club meet with Dan Kennedy and Lee Martin of West Chester United Soccer Club to formally sign the agreement to create Penn Fusion Soccer Academy, which had been approved by both club’s board of directors last month.  During this event, Dave Hatt commented, “Over the years Spirit United has developed quite a few rivalries, none bigger than West Chester United. Spirit United and West Chester United are rivals no more; the organizations are now partnered in forming a premier soccer organization, Penn Fusion."
